Flotsam Song

Flotsam Song is a kinetic yuri microfiction visual novel about the last siren, Selinuntius (“Seli” for short), meeting a young deaf woman named Melos. Taking place in Ancient Greece, Seli discovers that she has a deeper connection to Melos than she initially assumed.

Flotsam Song is milk+ visual’s third released project, released in 2023. The visual novel was a sub-1000k word micro project created for the Only One of Any Asset 2023 Jam, a visual novel jam where participants are challenged to prioritize quality over quantity by restricting assets to only one of each. It was completed, fully featured with even an Android edition, over a development period of only 10 days.

milk+ visual is a three-person doujin visual novel studio focused around developing dramatic yuri tales with women facing various troubles, both interior and exterior—in other words, menhera heroines often (but not always) in toxic or troubled relationships and/or dangerous situations. Our mascots are Magenta Milk, a nurse fanatic who likes to collect medical equipment, and her girlfriend Monochrome Matrimony, her fellow surgeon roleplayer who loves sharp objects.
